By applying user segmentation and satisfaction matrix, my research quantified the impact of recent product improvements from surveys and interviews, which served as solid evidence for the product team's roadmap planning.
With literature review, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder engagement, my research uncovered the emotional and practical needs of the patient population of home hemodialysis and revealed what is hindering the adoption, which envisioned an interactive design with an AI assistant feature.
I drove the 3D car configurator redesign research for NIO, an electric vehicle producer. Via surveying and usability testing, my research results outlined user pain points and their preference among different design solutions of the 3D prototypes. With collaboration with designers, we delivered a seamless and engaging platform for users to personalize their dream electric vehicle.
Emotion could be expressed through unaware creation processes like drawing. Using MATLAB to analyze functional Near Infrared (fNIRS) data from normal individuals and schizophrenic patients, my research coded the drawing and explored its correlation with the brain activity level.
As the research assistant in the lab, I was responsible for recruiting participants, overseeing equipment logistics, and executing experimental protocols. I collected and rigorously analyzed data, employing rigorous methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.
